Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing patient engagement team, the full-time Patient Engagement Specialist I will manage inbound requests, conduct outbound calls to patients, and educate them on healthcare services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and follow up on inbound requests from outreach campaigns
• Utilize deep prospecting techniques to engage patients and book appointments
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of outbound call center experience, with 1 year in the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and healthcare software
• Experience with Zendesk and Five9 (preferred)
• Ability to work Eastern Time (EDT)
• Strong communication skills for presenting information to customers
