Job Summary
As a key member of the Care Coordination team, the full-time Patient Engagement Specialist will provide exceptional support to patients by managing inbound communications, addressing concerns, and facilitating access to clinical services in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with patients through active listening and empathy to address their needs and concerns
- Manage and triage all inbound communications across various platforms to ensure timely patient support
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation while adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards
Required qualifications
- Experience in delivering patient experience or customer support, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on maintaining accuracy in patient records
- Proficiency in using various technology platforms and navigating new systems efficiently
- Experience in a high-volume communication environment, ideally with a ticketing system
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing startup environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving
