Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Patient Engagement Specialist will reach out to at-risk patients to explain services, gather feedback, and schedule initial clinic visits while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient engagement outcomes and achieve conversion targets while ensuring fiscal responsibility
• Foster relationships with patients and caregivers through compassionate communication and collaboration
• Educate patients on healthcare services and schedule appointments across multiple providers and locations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a healthcare, patient-facing role with a successful track record in patient engagement or sales
• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with a personable manner and strong phone etiquette
• Proficient in technology, including Excel and EHR/EMR platforms
• Basic understanding of medical appointment scheduling and excellent data-entry skills
