Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

Engaging prospective patients remotely, the full-time Community Outreach Sales Rep (Patient Engagement Specialist) will conduct high-volume outreach, educate patients on care benefits, and drive enrollment through consultative conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective patients, building rapport and engagement
• Drive patient enrollment by addressing questions and overcoming barriers
• Manage a pipeline of prospective patients and track outreach activities in Salesforce

Required qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare, patient-oriented position
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Sales experience with a history of achieving sales goals preferred
• Appointment scheduling experience
• CNA/MA background or call center experience is a plus
