Patient Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare initiative, the full-time Patient Engagement Specialist will engage prospective patients through high-volume outreach, educate them on care benefits, and drive enrollment in a fully remote position.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outreach to prospective patients, building rapport through consultative conversations
• Drive patient enrollment by identifying needs, addressing questions, and motivating patients to take action
• Manage a pipeline of prospective patients and track outreach activities and enrollment progress in Salesforce

Required qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a healthcare, patient-oriented position
• 1 year of experience in providing customer service
• Sales experience with a history of achieving sales goals/metrics preferred
• Appointment scheduling experience
• CNA/MA background or call center experience is a plus
