Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service while scheduling patients
  • Handle inbound and outbound patient care inquiries and requests
  • Utilize CRM to perform front-line customer support and resolve issues
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED, college experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Contact Center experience preferred
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred
  • Previous experience using EPIC, Salesforce, or other CRM software preferred
