Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete daily reviews of patient and participant video submissions, respond appropriately, and document actions taken
Conduct data entry, data quality checks, and data reconciliation exercises
Provide technical training to study sites and assist participants with using the mobile application

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of related experience
High school diploma or GED
Proficiency with database systems and mobile applications
Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience (preferred)
Native fluency in Spanish (preferred)
