Job Summary

Responsibilities:
  • Manage outbound and inbound phone calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Collect patient information and enter data accurately into a secure online application
  • Quickly respond to the needs of patients and healthcare staff, handling sensitive information
Qualifications:
  • 1 year of customer service experience (phone or in-person)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in English
  • Excellent phone and computer skills, including typing and data entry accuracy
  • Highly organized and skilled at multitasking
