Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate phone contact with potential study participants from various lead sources
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess eligibility for clinical studies
- Schedule onsite screening visits and maintain compliance with enrollment processes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; professional medical certification or degree preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience required
- Previous experience as a medical assistant, nurse, or EMT preferred
- Prior clinical research or healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Ability to learn new software and technology effectively
