Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate phone contact with potential study participants from various lead sources
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess eligibility for clinical studies
  • Schedule onsite screening visits and maintain compliance with enrollment processes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; professional medical certification or degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience required
  • Previous experience as a medical assistant, nurse, or EMT preferred
  • Prior clinical research or healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to learn new software and technology effectively
