Patient Enrollment Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Coordinator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate phone contact with potential study participants from various lead sources
• Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess eligibility for clinical research studies
• Schedule onsite screening visits and maintain compliance with enrollment processes and regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; professional medical certification or degree preferred
• At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience required
• Previous experience as a medical assistant, nurse, or EMT preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare preferred, but not required
