Patient Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Representative (Outbound Call Center).

Key Responsibilities

• Make an average of 120 outbound calls per day to educate and enroll prospective patients
• Guide patients through the enrollment process and maintain accurate documentation of interactions
• Respond to inbound calls, addressing inquiries and ensuring timely completion of onboarding steps

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
• At least 1 year of contact center, patient-facing provider, or customer service experience is required
• Prior experience with CRM systems and data entry skills is preferred
• Bilingual/English+Spanish fluency is a plus
• Reliable Internet service and a secure, quiet workspace are required
