Job Summary
To support the growth of Mosaic Pharmacy Service, the full-time Patient Enrollment Representative will make an average of 120 outbound calls daily to educate and guide prospective patients through the enrollment process, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective patients to explain services and facilitate enrollment
- Document interactions and outcomes accurately in the system while following approved scripts
- Respond to inbound calls and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a smooth onboarding process
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, patient-facing provider office, or customer service role
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls while meeting performance targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain services clearly
- Exceptional attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Ability to work independently from a distraction-free home office with reliable internet access
