Patient Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Enrollment Representative, the full-time remote position will connect patients with remote patient monitoring services through outbound calls, explaining program benefits and securing patient consent for enrollment while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to patients to explain and enroll them in remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs
• Effectively communicate the value of services, address patient questions, and secure enrollments
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly enrollment targets while providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• Proven sales experience is required
• Ability to navigate multiple scripts and handle potential rejections
• Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) is preferred
