Patient Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Patient Enrollment Representative will make outbound calls to prospective patients and their caregivers, guiding them through the enrollment process for a pharmacy service aimed at supporting medically complex seniors.

Key responsibilities

• Make an average of 120 outbound calls daily to educate and enroll prospective patients
• Guide patients through the enrollment process using an approved script and respond to inbound inquiries
• Document interactions and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, patient-facing provider office, or customer service role
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls while meeting performance targets
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach to patient interactions
• Ability to work independently from a distraction-free home office
• Reliable internet connection of at least 100 Mbps with wired ethernet access
