Patient Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Patient Enrollment Representative will make an average of 120 outbound calls daily to educate and enroll prospective patients in Mosaic's pharmacy services, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for medically complex seniors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients, guiding them through the enrollment process using an approved script
• Document interactions and outcomes accurately in Mosaic's systems while meeting department performance metrics
• Respond to inbound calls and collaborate with healthcare providers to support patient onboarding and address any concerns

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, patient-facing provider office, or customer service role
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls while meeting performance targets
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and explain services clearly
• Experience with accurate data entry and documentation
• Ability to work independently from a dedicated home office with reliable internet access
