Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Make an average of 120 outbound calls daily to educate and enroll prospective patients
• Guide patients through the enrollment process while maintaining a positive and professional tone
• Track and record patient interactions, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
• At least 1 year of contact center or customer service experience is required
• Prior experience with CRM systems and data entry is preferred
• Bilingual/English+Spanish fluency is a plus
• Must have reliable Internet service and a secure workspace for remote work
