Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Specialist who will support patient enrollment through high-volume outreach and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls and texts to prospective patients
• Schedule first appointments and ensure consistent follow-up
• Document all interactions accurately and explain the program to patients

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a phone-based role (healthcare, call center, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage follow-ups
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
• Available for a consistent part-time schedule with some flexibility
• Sales experience is a plus
