Patient Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Patient Enrollment Specialist will engage with 30-40 patients daily, educating them on remote patient monitoring and facilitating their transition to the care team through effective communication and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Educate patients on the benefits of remote patient monitoring
• Facilitate seamless transitions for converted patients to the dedicated care team
• Maintain meticulous documentation and internal communication regarding patient enrollment

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree is a plus
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., Korean, Italian)
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
