Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a temporary, remote opportunity as a Patient Enrollment Specialist, where they will conduct outbound calls to enroll patients in a program, create exceptional enrollment experiences, and strengthen relationships through effective communication.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, guiding them through the enrollment process via a smartphone app
• Conduct outbound calls to eligible patients and successfully convert those interactions into enrollments
• Gather patient insights to identify areas for growth and enhance the overall enrollment experience

Required qualifications

• Experience in customer support, conducting outbound calls, or converting sales leads is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and navigate challenges
• Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask and navigate various systems simultaneously
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
• Emotional intelligence to effectively meet patient needs and simplify complex concepts
