Job Summary

To support patient engagement, the temporary Patient Enrollment Specialist will conduct outbound calls to program-eligible patients, guiding them through the enrollment process via a smartphone app while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, assisting with program enrollment
• Conduct outbound calls to convert leads into enrollments, creating exceptional patient experiences
• Gather insights on the enrollment process to identify growth opportunities and enhance team performance

Required qualifications

• Experience in customer support, conducting outbound calls, or converting sales leads
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and navigate challenges
• Tech-savvy and capable of multitasking across various systems
