Job Summary

Serving as the enterprise data steward and analytics partner for patient experience information, the full-time remote Patient Experience Analyst will ensure the accuracy and accessibility of patient experience data, translating it into actionable insights to support improvement efforts across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and validate Press Ganey patient experience data, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting
  • Act as the intake and coordination point for Press Ganey-related activities, managing data requests and issues
  • Design and enhance patient experience reporting and dashboards, delivering timely insights to leadership
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Health Informatics, Public Health, Business, Data Science, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, data stewardship, or performance improvement
  • Experience in serving as an intake or coordination point for data-related requests
  • Familiarity with healthcare, matrixed organizations, or regulated environments is preferred
