Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Experience Associate to support patient service validation and enhance patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to confirm medical services or equipment received by patients
  • Document patient interactions and feedback in relevant systems
  • Assist patients with rescheduling services and collaborate with escalation teams as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications
  • Intermediate keyboarding abilities (at least 35 WPM)
  • Basic PC and internet navigation skills
