Job Summary

Dedicated to enhancing patient and family engagement, the full-time Patient and Family Experience Coach will support the implementation of best practices in patient experience, collaborating with leadership and staff to foster a patient-centric culture in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with leadership to develop and cascade a strategic vision for patient, family, and consumer engagement
  • Meets with various stakeholders to gather insights and support the creation of a patient- and family-centric culture
  • Advises and inspires team members to enhance patient interactions and implement best practices throughout the patient care journey
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Five years of healthcare experience, with at least two years focused on patient and family experience
  • Basic experience with or knowledge of Power BI preferred
