Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Experience Concierge.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcomes patients and family members, ensuring adherence to patient experience expectations
- Oversees daily activities of the front desk and lobby, assisting with the check-in process and monitoring patient flow
- Tracks patient wait times and provides updates to leadership while addressing real-time patient concerns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Education/GED or equivalent preferred
- Associate's/Technical Degree in hospitality or equivalent experience preferred
- Three years of experience in patient access, hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred
- Previous Patient Access experience preferred
