Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Experience Concierge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcomes patients and family members, ensuring adherence to patient experience expectations
  • Oversees daily activities of the front desk and lobby, assisting with the check-in process and monitoring patient flow
  • Tracks patient wait times and provides updates to leadership while addressing real-time patient concerns
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Education/GED or equivalent preferred
  • Associate's/Technical Degree in hospitality or equivalent experience preferred
  • Three years of experience in patient access, hospitality, retail, or customer service preferred
  • Previous Patient Access experience preferred
