Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to support Central Operations by delivering exceptional customer service and managing patient inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to patient and customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing accurate information and timely resolutions
  • Review and resolve escalated problem orders, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
  • Interact with patients regarding prescription claims, order status, and shipping updates with professionalism and empathy
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy
  • Strong phone and messaging etiquette with a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer support
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong professional relationships
  • Experience in pharmacy-related customer service is preferred
