Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to support Central Operations by delivering exceptional customer service and managing patient inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient and customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing accurate information and timely resolutions
- Review and resolve escalated problem orders and interact with patients regarding prescription claims and order status
- Manage inbound calls, collaborate with internal teams, and strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for service excellence
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy
- Strong phone and messaging etiquette with a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer support
- Self-driven and comfortable working with complex systems in a remote work environment
- Experience in pharmacy-related customer service is preferred
