Job Summary
To support Central Operations, the remote Patient Experience Coordinator will manage patient inquiries, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure timely communication across departments in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient and customer inquiries through various communication channels, providing accurate information and resolutions
- Review and resolve escalated problem orders while identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
- Interact with patients regarding prescription claims, order status, and shipping updates with professionalism and empathy
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy
- Strong phone and messaging etiquette with a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer support
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in pharmacy-related customer service is preferred
