Job Summary

To redefine the gold standard of healthcare experience, the full-time Patient Experience Director will own the end-to-end patient journey architecture, collaborating across various teams to eliminate friction points and create a cohesive, delightful patient experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the Patient Journey Map and architect every digital and human touchpoint
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership to align patient experience strategy with organizational goals
  • Identify and eliminate non-value-added time within the patient funnel to enhance conversion rates
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional experience, particularly in a high-growth health tech environment
  • Strong skills in journey mapping tools and data-driven customer experience platforms
  • Experience working across Operations, Tech/Product, and B2C Marketing/Growth
  • Proven track record in improving Net Promoter Score (NPS) and patient engagement
  • Ability to simplify complex clinical workflows into engaging consumer experiences
