- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats regarding patient inquiries
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships
- Verify insurance eligibility and schedule appointments while maintaining accurate patient information and confidentiality
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
