Job Summary

To support day-to-day operations, the full-time hourly Patient Experience Representative II will manage patient check-in and check-out procedures, verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage, and conduct patient re-engagement outreach while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Conduct patient re-engagement outreach to support continuity of care
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare preferred
  • Prior customer service experience in medical or mental health practices preferred
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Demonstrates awareness and inclusivity when working with diverse populations
