Job Summary

To enhance patient satisfaction and retention, the part-time Patient Experience Specialist will manage inbound and outbound calls, handle various patient communications, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support by taking inbound patient calls and managing SMS, chat, and email communications
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders and medication adherence while achieving established goals and metrics
  • Research and resolve patient concerns to ensure first contact resolution and maintain accurate patient records
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a virtual healthcare administrative support role or call center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic filing systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
  • Experience handling confidential information with high discretion
  • Authorized to work in the United States
