Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Experience Supervisor who will lead a team and ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of approximately 20 Patient Experience Coordinators
  • Own service level agreement (SLA) adherence and ensure quality assurance (QA) completion
  • Handle patient and provider escalations, troubleshooting operational disruptions effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years in healthcare, telehealth, or customer support operations
  • 2+ years in a people-management or supervisory role
  • Experience managing performance metrics such as SLA and QA
  • Strong conflict resolution and escalation management skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
