Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of approximately 20 Patient Experience Coordinators
- Own service level agreement (SLA) adherence and ensure quality assurance (QA) completion
- Handle patient and provider escalations, troubleshooting operational disruptions effectively
Required Qualifications
- 3-6+ years in healthcare, telehealth, or customer support operations
- 2+ years in a people-management or supervisory role
- Experience managing performance metrics such as SLA and QA
- Strong conflict resolution and escalation management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
