Patient & Family Concierge

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full-Time Patient & Family Concierge.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support by coordinating tests, procedures, and managing patient charts
• Greet and escort patients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining confidentiality
• Assist with dietary services, transportation of patients, and supply management within the unit

Required Qualifications

• Desire and compassion to provide an exceptional patient and family experience
• High School diploma, active High School/GED enrollment, or one year of relevant job experience
• Previous experience in health care or customer service is preferred but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must meet Act 34 clearance requirements
