Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Advisor I for the Clinic in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial counseling and confirm patient insurance eligibility
• Create cost estimates for services and communicate these to patients
• Assist patients with account questions and coordinate financial assistance applications

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years of financial counseling experience with a High School Diploma, or 2 years with an Associate's Degree
• No experience required with a Bachelor's Degree
• Preferred experience in therapy benefit verification and Botox/injection authorization
