Patient Financial Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Advisor (Remote) in the Patient Customer Services department.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and authorize coverage for scheduled services
• Communicate with physicians and clinical staff as needed
• Assist patients with completing charitable applications at medical centers

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare financial environment
• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must maintain confidentiality and work well under stress
• PC skills in a Windows environment, including knowledge of Word and Excel
