Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve patient account disputes and establish payment agreements or charity care
  • Track and document patient issues, ensuring resolution within 24 hours
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience in a high-volume customer service healthcare environment
  • In-depth knowledge of patient accounts, collections, and insurance regulations
  • Knowledge of third-party payers, Medicare, and physician billing
  • Familiarity with CPT and ICD coding requirements
