Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Patient Financial Advocate will manage inbound and outbound calls, set up payment arrangements, and assist patients with medical billing inquiries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Set up acceptable payment arrangements on current self-pay balances
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, data entry, and update account information
  • Assist patients by answering basic medical billing and insurance questions
Required qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-year medical billing experience, preferably with Epic, NextGen, or IDX
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace at home during work hours
  • Hard-wired internet connection of 50 MB or more
  • Ability to meet minimum performance levels and KPIs
  • Desire to make a difference and help others
