Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Clearance Representative I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Completes insurance verification and eligibility determination for all insurance plans
• Contacts patients to obtain updated information and applies authorization rules for payors
• Follows up on pending authorization requests and escalates issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• One (1) year of experience in patient registration and insurance verification processes
• Knowledge of healthcare payers and relevant regulations
• Epic experience preferred
• No specific licenses or certifications required
