Key Responsibilities

• Completes insurance verification, eligibility, and benefit determination for patients
• Contacts patients to obtain updated information and interprets co-pay and deductible details
• Follows up on pending authorizations and manages communication with clinics and providers

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• One year of experience in patient registration and insurance verification processes
• Knowledge of healthcare payers including Medicare and Managed Care plans
• Experience with Epic software is preferred
• No specific licenses or certifications required
