Patient Financial Clearance Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Patient Financial Clearance Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with account resolution, and process patient data while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Takes inbound and makes outbound calls to assist patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and vendors
• Processes and inputs patient data, fulfilling document requests and maintaining performance standards
• De-escalates patient complaints and discusses payment and financial assistance options

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 1 year of customer service experience required
• 1 year of experience in a healthcare office preferred
