A company is looking for a Patient Financial Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate financial aspects of patient care and educate patients on financial services
• Verify insurance benefits, collect payments, and ensure accurate patient financial information
• Address insurance discrepancies and serve as a resource for Care Teams regarding coverage limitations

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of medical billing experience preferred
• Previous experience in reproductive medicine or women's health preferred
• Prior experience with Athena preferred
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays on a rotating basis
