Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial & Eligibility Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify eligibility and benefits for incoming patients per insurance plan
• Develop financial agreements based on patient responsibility and insurance coverage
• Monitor the verification process during the patient claim life cycle

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a medical and/or behavioral health setting
• 1+ year of experience with Medicaid and commercial medical insurance billing
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management and insurance benefits structures
• Strong understanding of CPT and ICD-10/DSM5
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to develop working relationships
