Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Patient Financial Engagement Manager will oversee billing and account resolution processes, manage recruitment and training, and ensure compliance with performance standards in a hybrid remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement schedules to meet contact volumes and service levels
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and corrective actions as needed
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to assist management in setting call center goals
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in finance/healthcare, medical billing, and reimbursement
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement strategies
  • Experience with State and Federal (Medicare, Medicaid) and private insurance billing portals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products including Word and Excel
  • Higher education is preferred
