Patient Financial Navigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Navigator Support - Pathology.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily tasks related to the Managed Care department, including clinic A/R reports and collection reconciliations
• Assist with Intake and Utilization Management duties
• Manage all aspects of managed care approvals and Financial Aid

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Two years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably in a clinical setting or business office
• Experience with procedure data entry and insurance requirements
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD, and CPT coding
