Job Summary

To support the Managed Care department, the full-time Patient Financial Navigator Support Specialist will manage daily clinic Accounts Receivables reports, assist with Intake and Utilization Management duties, and handle managed care approvals and Financial Aid, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform daily tasks related to clinic Accounts Receivables, including calculating and reconciling collection totals
  • Assist with all aspects of Intake and Utilization Management duties
  • Manage the process for obtaining managed care approvals and provide support for Financial Aid
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably in a clinical setting or business office
  • Experience with procedure data entry and knowledge of insurance requirements
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD, and CPT coding
