Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Recovery Specialist to assist hospital patients with account inquiries and payment arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and place outbound calls to assist patients with their account inquiries
• Set up payment arrangements and process credit card payments for unpaid balances
• Maintain accurate account information and meet collection and productivity goals

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in customer service and call center environments is preferred
• Experience with the medical billing process is preferred
• Proficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
