Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Financial Representative (Benefits).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients across multiple settings
• Perform registration, insurance verification, authorization, and claims support
• Generate price estimates while ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent required; post high school training or associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer relations role
• Minimum of 2 years of revenue cycle experience; Epic experience preferred
• Experience in insurance verification and prior authorization is preferred
• Home health experience is a bonus
