Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, research, and resolve high dollar, high profile accounts
• Evaluate payer performance and identify trends to improve relations and resolve issues
• Assist in the development of training sessions and support onboarding of new team members

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, or post high school diploma/highest degree earned
• Five years of experience in revenue cycle, accounting, or related fields
• CRCA certification preferred
• CRCR certification preferred
