Patient Financial Services Analyst

Job Summary

Responsible for monitoring and resolving high dollar, high profile accounts, the full-time Patient Financial Services Analyst will ensure timely posting, adjustments, and compliance while supporting special projects in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and research high dollar and escalated accounts, providing necessary information for resolution
• Analyze assigned work queues and payer communications to identify trends and resolve system issues
• Evaluate payer performance and facilitate meetings to improve relations and address claims and denial issues

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, or post high school diploma/highest degree earned
• Five years of experience in revenue cycle, accounting, or related areas such as billing and collections
• CRCA or CRCR certification preferred
