Key Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in Patient Financial Services and oversee daily operations for timely billing and collections
• Monitor staff productivity and conduct training, including administering disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry standards while identifying and implementing process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Preferred 5 years of experience in the field
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience with the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing system preferred
• Knowledge of billing and collection compliance regulations
